CostPrism provides free online cost estimate calculators for home improvement, medical procedures, and business expenses in the United States. The Site is provided for informational and budgeting purposes only.

CostPrism is not a contractor referral service, insurance broker, medical provider, or licensed financial advisor. We do not provide professional advice of any kind.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties — Cost Estimates

IMPORTANT: Cost estimates are not quotes.

All cost figures, ranges, and estimates provided by CostPrism are statistical averages derived from industry data, surveys, and publicly available sources. They are intended for general budgeting and informational purposes only.

Actual costs for your specific project, insurance policy, medical procedure, or business expense will vary based on:

  • Your specific property, health, or business characteristics
  • Local contractor and professional pricing at the time of service
  • Material costs, which fluctuate with market conditions
  • Your insurance history, credit profile, or other individual risk factors
  • Scope of work, complexity, and unforeseen conditions

Always obtain at least 3 quotes from licensed, insured professionals before making any financial commitment.

CostPrism's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed $0 (as the Site is provided free of charge).

5. Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure

CostPrism displays advertisements through Google AdSense. We may also include affiliate links to third-party services (contractors, insurance providers, financial services). If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase or submit a lead, we may receive a commission.

Affiliate relationships do not influence our cost data or calculator methodology. We do not recommend any specific contractor, insurance provider, or service provider. All cost data is independent of advertising relationships.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, design, data compilations, calculator logic, and other materials on CostPrism are the property of CostPrism and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent. You may quote or reference our data with proper attribution to costprism.com.
